Bio  Patrick De Gabrielle was born in Dublin, Ireland and immigrated to Canada in 1973. Patrick was a member of a theatrical family, grew up in the theatre, and learned to act and perform musically at a very early age. He has over thirty years experience in playing and teaching a wide variety of musical styles, such as: Classical, Jazz, Latin, Blues, Rock, Celtic folk, and world rhythms, and Patrick therefore, has much to offer to and inspire students of all ages and levels. As a teacher of the Royal Conservatory of Music’s classical guitar repertoire, Patrick has guided students to achieve silver medals and first class honors with distinction. As well as being a very skilled guitarist, vocalist, composer, and prize winner in the North West Classical Guitar Competition, Patrick also teaches mandolin, bass, percussion, tin whistle, fiddle, Suzuki violin and cello lessons, voice, harmony, jazz improvisation, and theory.
